The natural byproduct of distilling lavender essential oil, our hydrosol comes from plants harvested and distilled on our own farm, by our own hands. Lavender hydrosol is a popular ingredient in DIY household cleaning, linen sprays, and natural skincare products thanks in no small part to its antimicrobial and antifungal properties. We use it in various products and it is a main ingredient in our deodorant.
Our favorite DIY uses include a 1:1 mixture with white vinegar to use as both a glass cleaner and a fabric softener. We keep a spray bottle in the shower to spritz on our tile and glass shower doors before removing the water with a squeegee. Keeps that nasty build-up away and the shower smelling fresh. We’ve completely stopped using commercial fabric softeners since we started using the vinegar/hydrosol recipe. Sometimes we’ll add a few drops of essential oil for an added burst of fragrance but we can skip that when we add the oil to some of our dryer balls instead.

I can’t say enough how much I love this product!!
I have very sensitive skin that is prone to inflammatory responses as well as an allergy to the sun, this makes it hard to find good skincare.
The hydrosol has been a huge game changer! From the very first time I tried it, my skin has felt nothing but amazing!
I have been using it as a toner after washing my face and it leaves such a soothing, clean feeling. There is no tightness or drying, but my skin feels noticeably softer!
I have also used it on my arms and chest after being out in the sun and for the first time, I find relief without using an itch relief cream!
It smells wonderful and I have used it as both a linen spray and mixed it up to use in the bathroom.
I am definitely going to be ordering a bigger bottle next time and soon!
